The live business projects option

We advocate the practical approach of using live business improvement projects. As such it requires leaders to have undertaken some or all of the other areas of development to equip them to make real improvements to performance. However, where the Primeast leadership development offering differs from others is that together we look at both current and future issues in the organisation and instigate live business projects for leaders to exploit the value of their development to the maximum.

Supported by performance coaching and mentoring, it allows leaders to put into practice all they have learned straight away – hitting the ground running and engendering accountability for results in others from the start.
